SMART TECHNOLOGY
During a VASER® procedure, the area to be treated is filled with a medicated solution containing anaesthetic. The fat cells are then treated with ultrasound energy, which dissolves and liquifies that fat. The fat cells are then removed from the body through a gentle suction process. Importantly, during this process the surrounding tissues are left intact, giving you the smoother contours you want with less pain and recovery time than traditional liposuction.

In the modern era of cosmetic surgery, having simple (i.e. vacuum-assisted) liposuction is usually not enough, because the skin will tend to be lose after the procedure. The VASER treatment can be combined with liposuction, allowing the removal of larger amounts of fat, without the risk of skin sagging. The device will deliver controlled heat to areas of your body maximizing the safety and benefits of pulsed ultrasound technology (acoustic streaming). Thus, the removal of fat is carried out in a significantly more atraumatic manner, creating less bruising, pain and less downtime. Also, the cosmetic result is superior to simple liposuction as the surgeon can perform high-definition liposculpture of the tummy, thighs and arms, enhancing 3D shape and tone.
The heat delivered by the VASER device will liquefy the fat cells, while triggering the production of new collagen and elastin fibers for promoting skin contration after the liposuction, which will continue to improve in appearance upto 6-12 months post-operatively. The treated areas will become slimmer and more youthful with the fat cells getting eliminated, while the skin will regain firmness and elasticity as collagen formation continues to occur in the deeper tissue over several weeks and months.
