FILLERS & SKIN-BUILDERS
Fillers, such as cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid and Hydroxiapatite are fast-acting, volumizing solutions that help elevate and enhance facial features, replenishing all that is lost and restoring facial harmony. Fillers reverse age-related signs by filling in fine lines, wrinkles as well as by adding volume to areas of the face affected by volume loss, such as the lips, the zygomatic area, the temples and the jawline. Fillers are also successfully used in treating hand, chest and neck wrinkles producing natural looking results.
Dr. Ektor always uses the right type of filler for each area. For example Lip Fillers have a different molecular weight compared to Fillers used in the nasolabial fold or Fillers used for augmentation of the cheekbones and definition of the jawline, or Fillers used to reduce the dark circles around the eyes. Lip Fillers and Tear-Trough Fillers are usually softer, while Fillers used in the zygomatic and jawline areas are harder. Skin-Builders are a new generation of hyaluronic acid-based solutions that combine the properties of fillers with that of mesotherapy, since they both fill the tissue and smooth-out wrinkles, while at the same time promoting collagen synthesis in the skin. They are ideal for those patients who don't wish a great degree of soft-tissue volume augmentation., yet they are bothered by deeper folds and shadows.

LIQUID THREAD-LIFT
The liquid thread-lift is suitable for those patients who are in need of a more long-lasting effect than what can be offered by injectable solutions alone, but who are not yet ready to undergo a surgical facelift procedure. It is an ideal treatment for both women and men experiencing early signs of ageing, including sagging around the cheeks, jawline, and neck, and wish for a subtle to moderate lifting, as well as skin rejuvenation and vibrancy.
First, a specialized solution combining regenerative growth factors, as well as hyaluronic acid, peptides and amino-acids is injected into the skin of the face and neck, in order to form a liquid matrix. Then, the threads are inserted through this matrix via very small incisions, to avoid the need for suturing and scarring. In this way, skin restoration occurs in the right direction, defined by the thread network. Dr. Panayi uses a cannula to insert the threads under the skin, and as the thread is gently tugged and pulled up it tightens the loose skin and underlying tissues. As the threads tighten the surrounding tissues, they also increase blood supply. The threads remain under the skin to provide structure and support whilst prompting collagen production and restoring firmness and elasticity.
The thread-lift procedure is carried out under local anaesthesia and it can last around 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the number of threads required. We use only high-quality certified threads which are proven to be safe and effective, minimizing the possibility of complications. Results are long-lasting, typically 18-24 months.
SKIN-BOOSTER MESOTHERAPY
As we age, Hyaluronic Acid, one of the body’s key naturally produced substances responsible for hydrating and lifting the skin, becomes gradually depleted. This causes our skin to appear dull, flat, sagging and wrinkled.
Skin-Booster Mesotherapy is a new-generation treatment designed to rejuvenate and tighten the skin. The technique makes use of delivering into the skin a cocktail of concentrated (15mg/ml) non-crosse-linked hyaluronic acid (HA), vitamins, and amino acids.
